245 million pixels
Comprehensive upgrade of panel demura application
- Higher precision, double the frame rate
The camera uses the Sony IMX811 sensor , which has the characteristics of low noise and high dynamic range , improving the accuracy and sensitivity of detection. It is especially suitable for panel detection, with better response to brightness and color . The target size remains consistent with the 150 million camera, and the increase in pixel density can provide higher detection standards.
MR is the concept of magnification in the screen inspection industry, which means the number of camera pixels corresponding to one RGB pixel on the screen being tested. The industry generally requires MR ≥ 3. Traditional 150-megapixel cameras require multiple cameras to be spliced when inspecting 8K screens, while 245-megapixel cameras can provide sufficient accuracy with a single camera .
- Built-in TEC active cooling module
In the screen inspection industry, due to the low brightness of the screen itself, the camera will use a long exposure time, which will introduce more thermal noise. The 245MP camera is equipped with a TEC cooling module to actively cool the sensor , reduce noise, and improve the signal-to-noise ratio .
- ISP algorithm optimization
The camera supports pixel-by-pixel correction , with correction accuracy from block to pixel level, which greatly improves the uniformity between pixels . Subsequent updates will support 16-bit raw data output, with more delicate grayscale change response.
Support LSC shadow correction polling
The camera firmware has a built-in LSC shading correction polling function , which can be effectively applied to panel and PCB inspection applications . Independent correction can be performed under different color lighting rounds to ensure uniform lighting under each light source .
Using XoFLink high-speed interface
The camera uses the XoFLink transmission interface , which can achieve a maximum bandwidth of 50G and a transmission distance of 150m when combined with an optical module . Compared with traditional high-speed interfaces such as CoaXPress and Camera Link , XoFLink has obvious advantages in solution complexity, transmission stability, and response speed .
